From School to Organic Farming
Discovering life on the farm
The Bergi Educational Farm offers a unique experience for young and old alike, where nature, tradition and learning intertwine. Nestled in the heart of the Madonie mountains, this educational experience allows you to get closer to authentic rural life, discovering the daily work of the farm and its deep connection with the land.
During your visit, you can explore the vegetable garden, orchard, olive grove and even the apiary, discovering the secrets of organic farming and respect for biodiversity. The farm's experts will guide you through the production processes that transform raw materials into genuine products, from honey to extra virgin olive oil and manna.
An Interactive and Engaging Experience
The educational farm is also an opportunity to experience agricultural activities first-hand. Children can have fun getting to know the farm animals and observing the natural production cycle, while adults will have the opportunity to learn more about the local products and rural traditions that characterise the Madonie mountains.
At the end of the tour, relax with a tasting of the farm's organic products, an opportunity to savour the fruits of the land and take home memories of an unforgettable day.
